燃氣蒸汽采用兩回程的結構設計，使燃料得到了充分燃燒，熱效率高。此外，鍋爐在運行過(guò)程中的煙管內插有擾流片，使得排煙速度減緩，增加了換熱量，為用戶(hù)降低了大量的使用費用，那么影響蒸汽鍋爐品質(zhì)的因素有哪些呢？
1、鍋水濃度
在鍋爐內沸騰的水中有很多氣泡，隨著(zhù)鍋水濃度的增加，氣泡的厚度也不斷加厚。鍋筒的有效空間則減小，氣泡破裂時(shí)所濺起的細小水滴就會(huì )很容易被向上流動(dòng)的蒸汽帶出，從而使蒸汽品質(zhì)惡化，嚴重時(shí)會(huì )產(chǎn)生汽水共騰現象，并帶出大量的鍋水。
