蒸汽鍋爐使用過(guò)程中要經(jīng)常排污，排污可大大增加鍋爐的使用壽命，下面就與大家分享一下蒸汽鍋爐排污的要求。
排污分為連續排污和定期排污。連續排污是連續不斷地從鍋爐水表面，將濃度較高的鍋爐水排出。它是降低鍋爐水中的含鹽量和堿度，以及排除鍋爐水表面的油脂和泡沫的重要方式。定期排污時(shí)在鍋爐系統的最低點(diǎn)間斷地進(jìn)行。它是排出鍋爐內形成的泥垢以及其他沉淀物的有效方式。另外，定期排污還能迅速地調節鍋爐水濃度，以補連續排污的不足。鍋爐排污的質(zhì)量，不但取決于排污量的多少，以及排污的方式，而且只有按照排污的要求方法進(jìn)行，才能保證排出水量，排污效果好。
1、勤排。排污的次數要多一些，特別用底部排污來(lái)排除污泥時(shí)，短時(shí)間的，多次的排污，要比長(cháng)時(shí)間的，一次排污及排泥效果要好的多。
