電熱水燃氣鍋爐是一種燃燒清潔能源天然氣產(chǎn)出熱水的工業(yè)鍋爐，隨著(zhù)國家燃煤整改政策的相繼實(shí)施，這種鍋爐的使用及推廣力度逐漸加大。由于鍋爐是特種設備，因此為了防止使用中出現安全事故，需要在設計的時(shí)候設計安全保護系統。燃氣熱水鍋爐設計有超溫、超壓、缺水、檢漏、熄火等多種保護功能，鍋爐運行安全可靠。
1、超溫報警和連鎖保護裝置
超溫報警裝置這個(gè)保護裝置一般安裝在熱水熱風(fēng)爐的出口處，當燃氣熱風(fēng)爐水溫超過(guò)規定的水溫時(shí)，自動(dòng)報警，提醒司爐人員采取措施減弱燃燒。超溫報警和連鎖保護裝置連鎖后，還能在超溫報警的同時(shí)，自動(dòng)切斷燃料的供應和停止鼓、引風(fēng)，以防止熱風(fēng)爐發(fā)生超溫而導致設備損壞。

2、高低水位警報和低水位連鎖保護裝置
當熱風(fēng)爐內的水位高于最高安全水位或低于最低安全水位時(shí)，水位警報器就會(huì )自動(dòng)發(fā)出警報，提醒司爐人員采取措施防止事故發(fā)生。

3、熄火保護裝置
當燃氣熱風(fēng)爐爐膛熄火時(shí)，熱風(fēng)鍋爐熄火保護裝置作用，切斷燃料供應，并發(fā)出相應信號，提醒操作人員注意。
