一、鍋爐檢查對我市的一些企業(yè)進(jìn)行鍋爐的檢查發(fā)現的問(wèn)題
鍋爐水處理設備質(zhì)量良莠不齊，部分設備粗制濫造，容易損壞，甚至存在嚴重的設計缺陷。國家對鍋爐水處理系統安裝單位未實(shí)行資質(zhì)認定，安裝單位技術(shù)水平參差不齊，一些安裝單位由于技術(shù)能力限制，導致水處理系統在安裝時(shí)就埋下安全隱患。部分企業(yè)沒(méi)有配備專(zhuān)職的水處理工或以司爐工兼職代替，水處理操作人員專(zhuān)業(yè)知識缺乏。企業(yè)普遍存在輕視水處理工作的問(wèn)題，沒(méi)有充分認識到水處理工作對安全生產(chǎn)、節能減排的重要作用。

二、處理鍋爐水處理問(wèn)題的對策：
1、盡快制定完善水處理設備相關(guān)強制性標準，并對水處理設備實(shí)行市場(chǎng)準入制度，確保設備安全可靠。

2、將鍋爐水處理系統安裝列入資格認證和行政許可范圍，或作為鍋爐整體安裝資質(zhì)考核的一項內容，規范水處理系統安裝市場(chǎng)，提高安裝質(zhì)量。
