1、電蒸汽鍋爐加水，打開(kāi)補水閥門(mén)，將鍋爐注水至正常水位，然后關(guān)閉補水閥門(mén)。打開(kāi)系統補水管閥門(mén)進(jìn)行加水，并觀(guān)察各自動(dòng)排氣情況，直到排氣閥不排氣為止，然后關(guān)閉加水閥門(mén)。

2、電蒸汽鍋爐與系統加完水后通過(guò)控制箱設定水泵低溫運轉，開(kāi)泵前除加水閥門(mén)不開(kāi)外所有閥門(mén)均開(kāi)啟，還應打開(kāi)啟閉器液壓管排氣閥排氣。此時(shí)應觀(guān)察鍋爐水位，如水位上升，則應適當關(guān)小阻力調節閥，直到鍋爐水位不升為止：如水位下降，證明系統水不滿(mǎn)，應繼續往鍋爐補水，直到水位不降為止。

3、電蒸汽鍋爐水位調整正常后，關(guān)閉水泵，檢查啟閉器，止回閥是否正常。檢查的方法是看鍋爐水位是否上升，如上升，證明有關(guān)閉不嚴的地方，可耳附在啟閉器和止回閥上聽(tīng)，如關(guān)閉不嚴則會(huì )聽(tīng)到“嚓嚓”的水流聲，如是啟閉器的問(wèn)題請按其說(shuō)明書(shū)處理，如是啟回閥的問(wèn)題，應拆下檢查活門(mén)是否靈活，閥里是否有異物卡住。
