燃油蒸汽鍋爐采用水管貫流式爐膽結構，并配備安全閥，溫度過(guò)熱，水位過(guò)低，壓力過(guò)高等四重保護，絕對安全可靠。燃油蒸汽鍋爐操作簡(jiǎn)單，只需按下按鈕，既進(jìn)入自動(dòng)運行狀態(tài)，無(wú)需專(zhuān)人值守。但是它也會(huì )有出現故障的時(shí)候，那么在平時(shí)的使用中，應該注意些什么呢？
1、使用蒸汽鍋爐應特別注意鍋爐房的通風(fēng)條件，萬(wàn)一發(fā)生泄漏，如果通風(fēng)不好的話(huà)，極易引起液態(tài)氣在地面上凝結和擴散，造成惡性爆炸事故。

2、鍋爐人員應時(shí)刻注意氣體閥門(mén)的開(kāi)關(guān)情況。氣體管路不可漏氣，若有異常情況，如鍋爐房?jì)扔挟惓馕?，不可開(kāi)啟燃燒器，應及時(shí)檢查通風(fēng)情況，排除氣味，檢查閥門(mén)，正常后才可投入運行。

3、氣體壓力不可過(guò)高和過(guò)低，應在設定的范圍內運行，具體參數由蒸汽鍋爐生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)家提供。當鍋爐運行一段時(shí)間，發(fā)現氣體壓力低于設定值時(shí)，應及時(shí)與煤氣公司聯(lián)系，供氣壓力是否有變化。燃燒器運行一段時(shí)間，應及時(shí)檢查管路中過(guò)濾器是否清潔，如氣壓下降很多，有可能是氣體雜質(zhì)過(guò)多，過(guò)濾器被堵塞，應拆下清洗，必要時(shí)更換濾芯。

4、在停運一段時(shí)間或檢查管路后，在重新投入運行時(shí)，應打開(kāi)放空閥，放氣一段時(shí)間，放氣時(shí)間應根據管路長(cháng)短及氣體種類(lèi)來(lái)確定。若鍋爐停用時(shí)間較長(cháng)，則應切斷煤氣供應總閥，關(guān)閉放空閥。
