很多使用電蒸汽鍋爐的用戶(hù)會(huì )因為蒸汽鍋爐出口蒸汽中帶水而煩惱，那么引起此煩惱的原因是什么呢？
1、鍋爐汽包蒸汽出口的汽水分離器損壞或者分離效果不好。

2、蒸汽鍋爐的水位過(guò)高，也會(huì )造成蒸汽中帶水。

3、超負荷運行或負荷波動(dòng)太大，負荷突然暴漲。蒸汽鍋爐的負荷如果增加時(shí)，有些爐水沒(méi)有及時(shí)被加熱成蒸汽，會(huì )隨著(zhù)蒸汽流出導致蒸汽帶水。

4、水質(zhì)的問(wèn)題，鍋爐水含鹽量高、鍋爐水不合格。 當蒸汽鍋爐內的鍋水含鹽量增高時(shí)，鍋水的黏度升高，鍋水表面還形成泡沫層，這些都將使蒸汽帶水的可能性增大。
