當鍋爐水位高于水位表最高安全水位刻度線(xiàn)時(shí)，即為鍋爐滿(mǎn)水。鍋爐滿(mǎn)水會(huì )降低蒸汽品質(zhì)，破壞過(guò)熱器。因此當鍋爐出現滿(mǎn)水現象時(shí)，應該及時(shí)處理。
1、沖洗水位表，檢查水位表有無(wú)故障，確認滿(mǎn)水后，立即關(guān)閉給水閥，停止向鍋爐上水。啟用省煤器再循環(huán)管路，減弱燃燒，開(kāi)啟排污閥及過(guò)熱器、蒸汽管道上的疏水閥，待水位恢復正常后，關(guān)閉排污閥及各疏水閥。
